Business Development (Shopping Mall Strategy and Concept)

· Initiate shopping mall strategy and plan merchandise mix to design the concept of shopping mall
· Develop feasibility and land analysis for making investment decision
· Analyze consumer market research, mall traffic and catchment report to understand target consumer behavior for retail strategy development
· Clearly and strategically define Unique Selling Point (USP) of new and major renovation projects (Create “winning strategy”) to be ahead of the competitor.
· Monitor and analyze customer, market and competitor business and trends for business strategic planning.
· Collaborate with other department to ensure marketing, design and construction progress.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Architecture, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Conceptual Design, Feasibility, Marketing or related fields.
· Experience in Shopping Mall, Property Development and Retail is a plus.
· Strong creative and strategic thinking, detail oriented and problem solving skill.
