Job Description
• Check work process and procedure for every branch to met a standard.
• Build, grow, integrate and manage a team capable to deliver objective target in compliance with company strategy
• Developed and improve the operation manuals, processes and checklists, to enhance shopping center standardize.
• Developed Occupational Health & Safety Manual.
• Regular audit are performed on operation capabilities, procedures and initiate appropriate recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitated property review of after project closing.
• Set up and review KPIs of property core functions.
• Be a member of TQA application writing report team for process aspect.
• Set up risk assessment template and performed risk assessment cover all risk aspects.
• Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 30 up.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related Field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Audit.
• Understanding of ISO standards (ISO9001 or ISO 14001)and quality systems.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to travel upcountry
