Job Description
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company
- Monitor and review existing efficiency and update all HR processes and compensation & benefit policy to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Recommends compensation plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives.
- Drive the annual salary and incentive review processes (including development of salary and bonus review guidelines, data management, necessary local and off-shore approvals).
- Assist with HRIS integration with experience managing all relevant reports to support strategic planning for company.
- Provide and interpret human resources data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation information, organizational statistics, etc.
- Provide supporting for Thai employees and expatriate who have oversea assignment in relocation also ensure with the visa and work permit processing expedite.
- Manage, revised, designed and review the organization structures
Qualifications
- THAI Nationality Only.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working within a specialist Remuneration/ Compensation & Benefits area. (Dynamic organization is preferable)
- Solid working knowledge of C&B program design and implementation within a multinational business.
- Strong conceptual and data analysis skills with experience working with HR systems whilst holding high level Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, eager to learn, self-motivated and driven as well as an effective team player
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and high service minded
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literate and advance Excel programs
